I went through an informal piercing apprenticeship in the late 1990's, focusing on the technical differences of clamp versus freehand methods. Learning different ways to do things was the greatest gift I was ever given. I continue to educate myself on current procedures as the industry evolves. 

I hosted regular drumming circles on Mission Bay in San Diego, as well as other locations as far north as Santa Barbara. I have performed hundreds of ritual piercings, and have choreographed numerous rituals for myself and others.

I began co-hosting the annual Southern California BME BBQ in 2006 with my husband, David Hahn. I became a Minister with the Church of Body Modification in 2008, furthering my outreach into the "spiritually modified" community. 

I attended the annual Association of Professional Piercers conference in 2008 and 2009, completing classes in piercing procedure, anatomy, and further bonding with the piercing community. I look forward to going again in 2015.

For me, body modifications, including piercing, tattooing, scarification, flesh hook or energy pulls, and suspensions are part of my spiritual system. It is always a pleasure to share such experiences with my Stay Classy family.
